Healthcare Security is regulated by accreditation agencies, state and federal agencies, and it is held to a higher standard than most other security operations. You Have Determined A Need For A Security Consultant, So Now What?
So where do you start? First step we will take is to work with you to develop a scope of services agreement which will set down what will happen, what the timelines will be, and of great importance, what is it going to cost. All of these will be based on a mutual understanding of the needs of your organization, and what you hope to accomplish. After that we will schedule an onsite meeting with the key staff members and develop our goals based on what you are trying to determine or accomplish. At that same time we will determine what you as the client need to provide to us (i.e. policies, documents, files, access rights……). Once the work gets underway; you will be kept informed as detailed in our agreement. Updates are provided as agreed to in advance, and you will always know where we are in the process. We pledge to meet or beat any due date/deadline that is set, and to not exceed the pre-determined budget for the services. We operate under the assumption that you want confidentiality at all times, and we respect that. Protection Management will never disclose your company's name or the scope and findings of our services. You can trust us with complete confidence that your vulnerabilities will never be shared with anyone other than those that you designate.
